Meet The Founder

My Name is Semeon K. I was born and raised in West Africa, Lagos, Nigeria, to be exact, and migrated to the United States at the age of 16 years old. I attended High school in Madison Heights, MI, and furthered my education at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi Texas earning my Certification in Auto Mechanics. As you read, HVAC-R was not the career path that I first pursued. However, with being born into 3 generations of HVAC-R contractors, I grew to love the mechanical experience, the constant opportunity to learn, and the path that working on HVAC-R units took me down. If you would have asked me 20+ years ago if working on HAVC-R units was my passion, I would’ve said no. The customer interactions and daily challenges are what lead to my motivation today. I enjoy continuous training to lead and grow. I love spending time with my family, working out, working on my project car 2001 Honda prelude, and occasionally going fishing and going to the gun range.
